Description:

The murderous son of King Arthur recounts his history with the court to his dying father, while Arthur's greatest knight traverses a post-war landscape to find his queen. Both reflect on how their actions brought about the death of the dream in this brooding one-man tale of light and darkness.

Maximum Verbosity was founded in the 2003-2004 season, and has mounted a season of 1-5 shows every year since. The company's done everything from musical comedy to verse tragedy to political satire, and has toured the Fringe Festival circuit as far as Melbourne, Australia. In home-state Minnesota, the group's won a coveted Encore slot and twice been nominated for "Best Spoken Word Performance" by local theatre website FringeFamous. Founder phillip low (and writer/performer of "Camelot is Crumbling") is also an award-winning solo artist and co-founder of the Rockstar Storytellers, a supergroup consisting of some of the bestselling spoken-word artists in the Twin Cities.
